Ingredient A:

5 thinly chopped red chilies.

15g fresh coriander leaves

2 egg whites

1 tablespoon fine grated ginger

2 cloves of chopped garlic

1 teaspoon fish sauce

Methods:

Peel, devein and clean the prawns

Place the prawn and Ingredient A in a
food processor, process for 12 seconds to mix well.

Move the mixture to a bowl, put in the
flour, stir and mix.

Place the mixture into the fridge, for
30minutes or more.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Use a teaspoon to scope the mixture
(full rounded shape) and place into the hot oil.

Cook for 2 minutes, turn them until all
sides become golden brown, do not over cook to prevent tough.

Place the puff on paper towels with
strainer to drain away the oil.
Health Tips: Chili Sauce may be high
in salt content, advise to use less, or use the low salt Chili sauce.
