Stir Fried Baby Bak Choy Recipe

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
630g baby bak choy, cut into section
15g fresh ginger, shredded
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
125ml (1/2 cup) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)

Method:
Heat up oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat, saute garlic and ginger for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add in all seasonign ingredient and water, bring to boil. Add bak choy and stir fry for 60 seconds. Ready to serve.
