Stew Sesame Oil Chicken with Rice Wine Recipe

˝ chicken (or 2 chicken thigh), cut into pieces
600ml rice wine
4 tablespoons black sesame oil
10 pieces ginger, sliced

Blanch the chicken by put them into boiling water for 3 minutes, drain. Heat up black sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put in ginger slices, sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown, put in chicken pieces, follow by the rice wine. Continue to cook until boiling, change for medium low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.

This dish is usually cooked for Chinese Women after giving birth which believe will rejuvenate the body. This dish is consider high heat to body and not suitable for those in fever.
