Steamed Dried Scallops and Eggs Recipe

Cooking time: 15 minutes

4 eggs
3 dried scallops, soak in water until soft
250ml (1 cup) water

Seasoning Ingredients
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon light soya sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Wash the scallops, then soak with water until soft, keep the soaking liquid for later use. Mix eggs, salt, oil and soaking liquid together. Pour onto a heat proof plate. Sprinkle shredded dried scallops on top. Steamed the egg mixture over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the egg is done. Sprinkle the seasoning ingredients and ready to serve.
