Ingredients:
500g papayas – cut into bite-size cubes
2 medium green apples – cut into bite-size cubes
300g brown sugar
500ml vinegar
1 pinch salt
Seasoning Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
15gms ground black pepper
5 red onions cut into half
15g white pepper
60g ground ginger
1 pinch mix spices
Method:
Heat up water in sauce pan, put in all fruits and sugar and cook until
boil over low heat, continue to simmer until all fruit become very
soft, stir occasionally. Add all seasoning ingredient and cook for
another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the vinegar and salt.
Ready to serve. Let cool down if want to store in airtight jars.
