Ingredients:
12 green mangoes – sliced fine or in cubes
750 g brown sugar
5-6 garlic cloves - washed and peeled
1 bottle vinegar
30 pieces dried chilies
1 large piece ginger
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt
Method:
Put mangoes and vinegar in saucepan, cook until boil. Grind fine
the chilies, ginger and garlic in a food processor. Put into the
saucepan. Put in the sugar and salt, continue to simmer over low heat
until mangoes are soft. Ready to serve. Let cool down if want to store
in airtight jars.
