Ingredients:
250ml (1 cup) corn
250g chicken meat, minced
1.5 litre chicken stock
2 beaten egg
Seasoning ingredient A:
1 pinch salt
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ tablespoon corn flour
1 pinch pepper
Seasoning ingredient B:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 pinch pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1.2 tablespoon wine
Method:
Mix well chicken and seasoning ingredient A. Bring chicken stock to
boil in a big saucepan. Add in corn and chicken. Continue to cook for
10 minutes over medium heat. Add in seasoning ingredient B. Stir in
beaten egg and thickening glaze ingredient, stir well. Serve
immediately.
