Chinese Style Potato Salad Recipe

Preparing time: 45 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

5 medium size potatoes, peel and shred into matches stick size

2 cloves garlic, finenly chopped

1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

2 medium size chilies

2 tablespoons baked peanuts

Chinese parsley, finely chopped

Seasoning Ingredients:

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon fish gravy

Method:
Soak potato in water for 45minutes. Remove and cook in boiling water until transparent. Drain and put into a salad bowl. Put in garlic, peanuts, ginger, chilies and fish gravy and lemon and in an salad bowl. Toss to mix. Sprinkle Chinese parsley on top and ready to serve.
