Ingredients:
2pcs Black dried bean curd, cut to bite-size cube
12g black pepper, grated
125ml (1/2 cup) water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon black vinegar
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)
Method:
Steam the bean curd with oyster sauce over medium heat for 10
minutes, arrange on a serving plate. Heat up oil in a frying pan, add
in water, black pepper and the rest of the seasoning ingredient. Bring
to boil, then stir in thickening sauce, mix well and spread on top of
the bean curd. Ready to serve.
