Stir Fried Straw Mushroom with Black Bean Recipe

Cooking time: 5 minutes

400g fresh straw mushroom, cut to half
50g celery, sliced
pieces medium red chili, finely chopped
10g Fermented black bean

Seasoning Ingredients:
tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon black soy sauce
teaspoon vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)

Heat up oil in a frying pan or wok, saute mushroom for 2 minutes. Add 125ml (1/2 cup) water and all seasoning ingredient, bring to boil. Add black beans, celery and chili. Continue to cook to boil again. Stir in thickening sauce ingredient. Ready to serve.
