Stir Fried Mushroom with Garlic Recipe

Ingredients:
150g Fresh black mushrooms, remove the stem, rinse
95g Hon-Shimeji mushrooms, remove the hard roots, rinse
75g Snow peas, tear off the hard strips and rinse
2 gloves Garlic, grated
8 slices Carrot

Seasoning Ingredients:
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
½ teaspoon Sesame oil
1 pinch ground white pepper

Method:
Put the mushrooms into hot water, soak for 1 minutes. Drain. Add in cold water and drain again. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Stir fry garlic and carrot slices for 3 minutes. Add snow peas and stir fry for another 5 minutes. Sizzling with 1 teaspoon wine. Change to high heat, add mushrooms and seasoning. Stir well for 5 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat and serve.
