Main Ingredients:
1 whole fresh fish
1 tablespoon shredded ginger
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
Method:
Place fish on plate. Put ginger and garlic on top of fish. Steam
over high heat for 7 minutes. Add spring onion and pour soy sauce on
top. Serve immediately.
