Method:
Place bean curd on a plate. Chop and
mix mushrooms and hot pickled mustard tuber with sugar and potato
starch. Place the mushroom mixture on top of bean curd. Steam for 15
minutes or until
well done. Remove and pour sesame oil and dark soy sauce on top.
Ready to serve.
