Ingredients:
325g soy bean sprouts
15g celery, shredded
15g carrot, shredded
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
Methods:
Blanch sprouts and carrot with boiling water for 1 minutes, then
add in celery continue to blanch for 30 seconds. Remove all from hot
water and put into another bowl of cold water. Remove from cold water
and put into a salad bowl, add in seasoning ingredients and toss to
coat. Ready to serve.
