Job's Tear and Small Red Bean Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:
50g Job’s tears
50g small red beans
8g ze xie (alismatis orientalis rhizome), wash and drain
˝ lotus leaf, wash and drain
110g glutinous rice

Method:
Soak glutinous rice for 40 minutes. Set aside. Wash lotus leaf and ze xie. Decoct lotus leaf and Ze Xie with 3 cups of water for 20 minutes in a ceramic pot and move the juice to a new pot. Add in small red beans, job’s tears and glutinous rice and bring to boil under medium heat. Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the ingredient change to porridge . Season and serve.

Ze Xie help to promote urination, and this dish is totally oil free.
