Ingredients:
30g Job’s tear (also known as Coix lacryma-jobi, or chuan gu or yi
yi), wash and drain
20g brown rice, wash and drain
6g lily bulbs
4 cups (1 liter) water
1 pinch Salt
Method:
Wash Job’s tears and lily bulbs. Soak in warm water for 20 minutes.
Remove and drain.
Mix job’s tears, rice and lily bulbs together in a pot. Pour in 1 liter
of water and under medium heat, bring to boil. Then immediately reduce
to low heat and continue to cook for another 60 minutes

Lily bulbs rejuvenate the skin while Job’s teat help to promote
diuresis and remove heat from the body.
