Cucumbers in Chili Paste Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber – removes seeds and cut into 3 cm elongated lengths
1 tablespoon dried shrimps – soaked in hot water, drained and grind fine
4 fresh red chilies
¼ teaspoon shrimps paste – toasted
2 lime, extract the juice

Method:
Mix cucumber with salt and leave to soak for 15 minutes. Then drain the water. Process the chilies and shrimp paste until fine with food processer. Add to the cucumbers together and mix well. Sprinkle dried shrimps over cucumbers and mix in the lime juice. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Ready to serve
