Cucumber and Vinegar Salad Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:
4 medium size cucumbers, clean and remove seeds, cut to 1 inch (2.5cm) stick size
2 chilies, finely chop
4 gloves garlic, finely chop

Seasoning Ingredient:
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar (could be replace with apple cider)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
teaspoon sesame oil

Method:
Mix garlic and chilies with salt, followed by white vinegar and brown sugar. Add sesame oil and toss well. Ready to serve cold.
