Ingredients:
500g winter melon, cut into big cube (2.5cm x 2.5cm)
10g fresh ginger, shredded
10g lycium chinensis (Gou Qi Zi)
2 liter (8 cup) water
Seasoning Ingredients:
½ tablespoon cooking oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Methods:
Heat up water in a pot over medium heat, add in lycium chinensis
and all seasoning ingredient. Bring to boil, add ginger and winter
melon. Cook for 10 minutes or until winter melon is soften. Ready to
serve.
