Boil the water in pot, put in the
noodles and boil for 5 minutes.

Remove the noodles and set aside.

Boil water and dashi in a pan.

Add leeks and simmer for 5 minutes at
low heat.

Add Ingredient A, then simmer for 2
minutes to cook the pork slices.

Segregate the noodles to 4 different
bowls and pour in the soup.

Put in spring onion and shower the
Shichimi Togarashi on top.
