Boil the water in pot, put in the bean
and cook for 2 minutes.

Removed the bean and put into iced
water for 20 second.

Removed the bean and set aside.

Heat a pan at medium heat, put in the
sesame seeds and toast for 5 minutes, continuously stir or shake the
pan, until sesame seeds become golden brown.

Remove 1 teaspoon of the sesame and set
aside. Put the rest of the sesame seeds into a pounder, pound
until a paste mixture of oil and seeds is formed.

Mix the sesame seed paste with
ingredient A.

Pour the mixture sauce over the beans.

Scatter the 1 teaspoon non-pounded
sesame seeds over the beans.

If prefer more flavorful bean,
marinate the beans overnight.
