Ingredient A
500 g (1 lb) pork meat, cut into cube bite-size
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Ingredient B
2 onion, thinly chopped
4 cloves garlic, thinly chopped
1 piece grated fresh ginger (size 10 cm / 4 inch)
3 red chilies, thinly chopped
Ingredient C
2 tablespoons kecap manis
1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) coconut milk
Ingredient C
3 teaspoons lime juice
Method:
Mix together Ingredient A. Heat up a wok or pan over medium heat,
stir in the mixture until port become golden color. Remove the pork
from heat, set aside. Reduce the heat to low; put in Ingredient B and
cook for 10 minutes, stir periodically, until the onion become soft and
light brown. Put in the pork and ingredient C and stir over low heat
for 1 hour. Stir in the lime juice. Garnish with fresh chili and serve
with rice, or pasta
