Stew Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredient A
600g beef brisket
4 slices ginger
1 whole dried tangerine peel
2 stars aniseed
2 nutmegs
1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns

Ingredient B
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
13g rock sugar

Cut beef brisket into pieces. Rinse, fry and rise again. Drain. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Stir fry ginger slices, dried tangerine peel, stars aniseed, Sichuan peppercorns and nutmegs until fragrant. Add beef brisket and mix well. Sizzle with wine. Add seasoning and water to cover beef brisket. Bring to boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer until tender. Ready to serve.
