Ingredients:
300g minced pork
150g fish paste
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
10 water chestnuts, finely chopped
2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoon fried shallot
Ingredient B:
1 tablespoon chicken stock granule
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon corn flour
Ingredient C:
3 pieces lard net
12 salted egg yolk (steamed)
Ingredient D:
Oil, for deep frying
4 tablespoon corn flour
Method:
Mix well Ingredient A and B. Divide into 12 portions. Wrap egg yolk
with each portion and then further wrap with lard net. Coat with corn
flour and deep fry under medium heat for 3 minutes or until golden
brown. Drain with paper towel.
