Fried Onion Pork Chop Recipe

Number of serving: 4

Total Preparation time: 5 minutes and Marinate 30 minutes

Total Cooking time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients A:
500g pork, cut into thick slice
1 onion, finely chopped

Ingredient B:
2 teaspoon light soya sauce
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon cornlfour
5 tablespoon water

Ingredient C:
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon black vinegar
1 tablespoon wine
2 tablespoon light soya sauce
½ teaspoon black soya sauce
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chopped red chilli
½ teaspoon pepper

Method:
Pound the pork chop with the back of knife. Add in ingredient B and marinate for 30 minutes, could put inside fridge for up to 6 hours. Heat up oil in a frying pan over medium heat, put in pork and pan fry till both sides are golden brown. Remove. Put in onion and add in ingredient C and pork chop. Bring to cook till the gravy is almost dry. Remove to serving plate and sprinkle onion over it. Ready to serve.
