Drunken Crab Soup Recipe

Total Preparation time: 5 minutes and Marinate 20 minutes

Total Cooking time: 8 minutes

 

Ingredients:
2 crabs
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoon ginger shreds
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
3 cup water

Seasoning ingredients:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
½ tablespoon salt

Method:
Clean crab and cut into serving pieces. Add in a little wine and salt and marinate for 20 minutes. Heat up 1 tablespoon oil, stir fried ginger until fragrant. Pour in water and bring to boil. Add in seasoning and stir well. Put in crab and bring to boil. Stir in wine and boil for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leave. Ready to serve.
