Deep Fried Whitebeits Recipe

Ingredients:
150g Whitebeits, rinse and wipe dry

Marinade Ingredients:
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Rice wine
Sesame oil
Ground white pepper

Batter Ingredient:
75g Deep frying batter mix mixed well with ¾ cup water.

Method:
Add whitebeits with marinade Ingredients and marinade for 15 minutes. Coat Whitebeits in batter. Deep fry in oil one by one at 180’C until crispy and turn to golden brown color. Drain and serve immediately.

Cooking Tips:
Whitebeits area easily overcook, don’t use too high temperature, just deep fried and caution with the color.
