Ingredient A
1 kg (2 lb) pork chops
2 tablespoons fish sauce
10 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Ingredient B
2 tablespoons thinly chopped scallion
Method:
Mix all the Ingredient A in a bowl, toss to coat the pork chops to
marinate in fridge for at least 3 to 5 hours. Preheat the grill (can
use electric or charcoal barbecue grill as well) and cook the pork at
both sides, until turn to golden brown color, avoid burning the meat.
Arrange the pork on a serving plate and spread over the scallion.
