Baked Fish with Spices Recipe

Ingredient A:
4 bream or snapper fish, total 1.2kg  (39 oz)


Ingredient B:
2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 teaspoon lemon rind, finely chopped
3 tablespoons tamarind concentrate
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon peanut oil

Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F. Place the fish onto a large pieces of foil. Make 4 incisions with knife on each side of the fish. Mix Ingredient B in food processor and process until become smooth paste. Stuff the paste inside the incisions of the fish and coat the whole fish with paste. Wrap the fish with foil firmly. Put the fish on a baking dish, send to oven and bake for 33minutes.  Ready to serve.
