Winter Melon Drink Recipe

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:
320g winter melon, wash and clean the skin

1 liter (4 cups) water

honey to taste


Method:
Cut the winter melon into serving pieces, do not remove the skin and seeds. Put into a saucepan. Stir the winter melon continuously until some liquid extract from the winter melon. Put water into the pot, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add honey to your prefer sweetness before serve. Could drink in warm or cold.

 

Healthy Tips:

This drink help to reduce heat and good for body slimming (do not add honey for slimming)
