Sugar Cane with Couchgrass Root and Coriander Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
120g Chinese Coriander
40g dried couchgrass root (fresh also can be used)
1 stalk sugar cane (about 300g), thinly sliced
3 liter (12 cups) water

Method:
Wash the coriander thoroughly, keep the root. Put water into a pot, bring to boil. Put in all ingredient and bring to boil again. Reduce to low heat and cook for next 180 minutes or until half of the water volume remained. Ready to serve warm.
