4 medium size banana, remove skin and cut into 2 section
1 liter (4 cups) water
40g rock sugar (may add slightly or reduce to taste)
Put banana and water in a saucepan, make sure the water cover the
banana. Bring to boil over medium heat, then change to low heat and
continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Add rock sugar. Continue to
cook for 15 minutes or until the mixture become thick. Ready to serve.
