Spring Onion Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
6 sprigs spring onions, remove the root and white parts
500ml (2 cups) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
10g rock sugar

Method:
Wash the spring onion thoroughly, rinse and drain. Put spring onion and water into a pot and bring to boil. Reduce to low heat, put in the sugar and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Ready to serve either in hot or cold.
