Pear with Lily Bulb and Tangerine Peel Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pears, cut into serving size

55g lily bulbs, wash and drain

5g (quarter) dried tangerine peel

2 liter (8 cups) water


Seasoning Ingredients:
10g rock sugar

Method:
Soak dried tangerine peel with warm water until soft, then remove the pith. Put lily bulbs, pears and tangerine peel into a double steam pot. Pour in boiling water. Stew for 20 minutes over low heat. Add in rock sugar while still hot. Serve to serve warm.
