Ingredients:
20g ginger, remove skin and sliced
1 teaspoon brown sugar:
300 – 400ml water
Method:
Put ginger and water in a glass or ceramic pot, bring to boil. Add
brown sugar, stir well and remove from heat. Let cool down and serve
warm.
