Du Zhong and Sang Ji Sheng Tea Recipe

80g Sang Ji Sheng (Mulberry Mistletoe Stem)
40g Du Zhong (Ecommia Bark)
12 red dates, remove seed

Wash all the ingredient thoroughly. Put them into a heat prove ceramic or glass pot, add in water, bring to boil. Reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour or until left only half of the water volume. Ready to serve.

This tea will help lower the blood pressure and good for tendons and bones. Drink often will prevent high blood pressure and rheumatism.
