1 teaspoon honey
Method:
Put into a heat proof bowl. Pour in hot water (>90°C). Rinse for 1
minutes and drain to clean up the chrysanthemums. Move to a glass or
ceramic teapot, pour in boiling water, then covered immediately. Leave
to cool down. Before serve, add honey to the taste desired. Serve.
