Ingredients:
125g shelled walnuts
60g haw
12g chrysanthemums
1 3/4 liter (7 cups) water
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sugar
Method:
Add 1 cup of water and walnuts into food processor and process
until the mixture become thick juice. Set aside. Add 3 cups of water to
haw and chrysanthemums in a ceramic or glass pot, bring to boil, change
to low heat and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Remove the juice
from the pot and set the juice aside. Add another 3 new cups of
water to the pot that still contain the cooked haw and chrysanthemums,
bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes again. Remove the juice. Pour all the prepared juices into a new
ceramic or glass pot. Add Seasoning Ingredients and mix well. Bring to boil over
medium heat. Ready to serve.
