Chrysanthemum and Ginseng Herbal Tea Recipe

8 chrysanthemums

12g Chinese wolfberry fruit (lycium fruit or qi zi)

12g ginseng radix

10g mai men dong (Chinese herb, also known as Ophiopogon japonicus)

25g jue ming zi (Chinese herb, also known as Semen Cassiae or Cassia Seed)

Place all the Ingredients into a big heat proof glass. Put in hot water (>70'C) to cover the ingredient. Rinse for 1 minutes and drain. Pour in boiling water (>=98'C), cover for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
