Ingredients:
3 cups black bean
250ml (10 cups) water
10g rock sugar
Method:
Rinse black bean and soak in cold water overnight, drain. Put bean and
9 cups water in a food processor to mix well. Separate the juice from
the mixture with filter net. Put 250ml (1 cups) of water in the pot,
bring to boil. Change to low heat and add in the filtered bean juice.
When the juice boiled, add in rock sugar, stir well and ready to serve.
