There are many types of health supplement in the marketing. Some of the people think that as long as I take supplements, then I will stay healthy. Refreshing and Nutritious Yogurt Health Drink

Today learn a new health drink recipe from a health conscious friend, here share with all because it’s so easy to make and children will sure like it.  You may serve as a health drink it in the morning and it’s quit filling as well.

Serve 1:

Ingredient:
Ice cube 3 – 5 pieces (depend on how cold you want to make the drink)
30ml Yogurt (or yogurt drink)
5g breakfast cereal (prefer high fibre type, could use corn flake as well)
1 tablespoon soy bean powder
½ tablespoon chocolate chips
100ml water or fresh milk

Method:
Mix all ingredients (except ice cube) in blender, process until become smooth paste. Then add yogurt finally and blend for another 10second to mix well. Ready to serve.

Using Oatmeal in the Cooking Recipes

Today I make a bold trial of cooking a Chinese recipe using oatmeal. The taste and texture is fantastic, my family like it so much. Never know that the drink that I drank every morning could add so much taste to a dishes. The oatmeal is already famous for it’s healthy property of soluble fibre or more scientifically called beta Glucan. This fibre help to absorb and remove unhealthy cholesterol from human body. Adding oatmeal will actually help thicken the sauce or gravy of a dish, which could use to replace the corn starch liquid, that widely used in Chinese recipe.

Healthy Eating in Long Holiday

During festive season and long holiday, we will have more time to spend together with family. That’s also means we have more time to get ourselves lazy. What most people usually do during long holiday? Hang out with friends and family, sit in fronts of TV, a lot of chit chat and of course, load your stomach with lots of foods.  Especially when there is a festive season, you will be lots of delicious cookies, cakes and foods displayed and offered in front of you. However, keep in mind that this is not the right way to stay healthy, I always stress on both eating for wellness should come with healthy lifestyle. So, not to eat too much and overload your stomach during these festive season, even you are eating only all the health food. Try your best to sleep early (as your sleeping time) and don’t get your stomach full when you want to go to bed. Get yourself some exercise, at least 3 times a week, each time at least 30minutes. Eating out in healthier way

Asian health recipe.com provides a lot of good health recipe, it will be good and nice if you could cook it and you will get your desired wellness eventually.  However, there are still people have to eat out, due to many various unavoidable reasons.  Here I would like propose to those people eating out, to get maximum health way of eating.  Firstly, be choosy when you eating out.  Go to restaurant or food store that’s renowned for their conscious on the health properties, restaurant that gets approved and getting higher graded “star” awards by the local health authorizes, or health related organic, vegetarian food restaurant.  Then, make sure you order foods with less fat and oil and reduce ordering of deep fried food, and minimized fast food.  Hope this will help you to be healthier.

Asian Foods - Never disappoint your tongue

Since I am living in a multi-cultural country and having opportunities to travel around Asian country, I was  expose to many different types of Asian foods and sometimes even have the opportunities to chat and learn from some of the chef.  I really cannot find any Asian Food that would disappoint me, they really having a great taste and delicious.  I have a fire in me to learnhow to cook all of them, every time I was exposed to a new style of cooking like a new discovery to me, I always would like to remember the ingredient used as much as possible or write it down (to the PDA :)).  If really can’t figure out what’s the ingredient, just ask around and most of the chef will proudly tell you the simplified way of making the dishes, the rest we have to figure out.  But only after many years of cooking and eating experience, that’s not a really hard work already to reproduce the same dishes, sometime we will get a even better recipe after some tryout.
