Can I rely only to supplement to take care of my health?
There are many types of health supplement in the marketing. Some of the people think that as long as I take supplements, then I will stay healthy. This is a myth, because the words “supplement†already tell you that health supplement just an add-on to what’s you are eating, and it doesn’t do a magic if you do not have balance diet, or live in an unhealthy lifestyle. It’s good to have supplement sometime when you know certain nutrition is very hard to obtain from your regular eating pattern. One example are the omega 3 (contain eicosapentaenoic acid – EPA and docosahexaenoic acid - DHA) that you may need to eat a lot of oily fish everyday in order to get the amount you need daily, so supplement help in this case.
