Supplement for Eyes Care (Lutein and Anthocyanin) really needed?

Nowadays, a lot of people start get conscious on the important on eye care and people is talking about taking additional supplement of Lutein and Anthocyanin to promote the eyes wellness. But is this really necessary, the answer is not if you are actually taking in the balance diet everyday.
