Yap Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
400g wild yam, cut into slides
125chopped carrot
100g corn
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
10 slices white toast bread

Seasoning ingredients:
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch pepper

Method:
Steamed yam till soft for about 10 minutes, mash it in the bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and all seasoning. Mix well. Roll bread become very think slice, spread thick yam paste over the bread and roll to a stick shape. Light bake in a oven, 2 minutes at 150°C. Ready to serve.

Health tips:

Wild yam would contribute to an estrogenic effect from regular consumption and may possibly reduce breast cancer. It’s believe to be able to have improvements in hormone and cholesterol levels.
