Tomato Soup with Celery Recipe

3 tomatoes (350g) , quartered each of them
1 stalk celery (150g), sliced to bite-size
3 pieces dried black mushroom (soak in water until soft), diced

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)

Put tomatoes and 125ml (1/2 cup) water into a food processor or blender, process until become paste. Heat up 2 liter (8 cup) of water in a big saucepan, add in ll seasoning ingredient and mushroom, bring to boil. Add tomato and celery and bring to boil again. Stir in thickening sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
