Ingredients:
250g firm fish fillet
½ onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
Marinade Ingredients:
2 pinch salt
Seasoning Ingredients:
½ teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons water
Method:
Mix fish fillet with marinade ingredients and let marinate for at
least 10 minutes. Sprinkle cornflour to the fish. Heat up a wok
under medium heat, put in fish and fry for 5 minutes or until light
brown. Remove fish. Heat ½ tablespoon of oil under medium heat, put
in onion and stir fry for 2 minutes until fragrant. Put in tomatoes
and continue to stir fry. Add seasoning ingredients and bring to the
boil. Put in the fried fish and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Remove and ready to serve.
