Stir Fried Vegetables with Chinese Yam and Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
90g red bell pepper (capsicum), cut to bit size
120g onion, quarters
120g carrot, sliced to disc shape
120g Chinese yam, cut to bite size
120g chicken breast meat, sliced
1 tablespoon oil

Seasoning ingredients:
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Sugar
2 teaspoon tomato sauce (ketchup)

Method:
Heat up oil in the frying pan over medium heat. Put in chicken and stir fry for 1 minutes. Add the remaining vegetable ingredients. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Put in seasoning ingredient and mix well. Ready to serve hot.
