Ingredients:
10 fresh black mushrooms, shredded
1 small cucumber, cut to matches stick size
1 medium carrot, cut to matches stick size
2 chilies, cut to matches stick size
2 spiced dried beancurd, cut to bite size
150g yellow chives, cut to matches stick size
1 tablespoon oil
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method:
Heat up oil in a pan over medium heat, put in chilies and mushrooms,
saute for 3 minutes or until fragrant. Add yellow chives, carrot and
dried beancurd. Stir fry for another 3 mintues. Put in cucumber and
continue to saute for 1 minutes. Lastly put in the seasoning
ingredients and stir well for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
