Stir Fried Chicken with Chinese Yam and Vegetables Recipe

Cooking time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:
120g Chinese yam
120g Chicken breast meat
50g red capsicum
50g green capsicum
50g yellow capsicum
120g red onion
1 medium carrot

Seasoning ingredients:
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon tomato sauce

Method:
Cut all the ingredient into bit size. Put the frying pan or wok under medium heat. Put in chicken breast meat and stir fried for 3 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients. Stir fry until for 5 minutes, put in the salt, sugar and tomato sauce. Pour in seasoning ingredient and stir fry to mix well. Ready to serve.
