Soybean Sprout and Tomato in Sparerib Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

750g Cabbage, cut into serving pieces
10g fresh ginger, shredded
10 slice carrot
1 piece dried black fungus, soak until soft, shredded
125ml (1/2 cup) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 pinch salt

Methods:
Heat up oil in wok or frying pan, sauté ginger for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add in water, carrot, fungus and all seasoning ingredient, bring to boil. Add in cabbage and stir fried for 1 minute. Serve immediate.
